My name is Alex Chazel, and with 10 years of gymnastics training and a background in the corporate world, I decided to follow my passion for fitness after five years in the industry. Now a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Instructor, my mission is to make fitness fun and accessible. I specialize in helping people defy gravity by mastering bodyweight movements like push-ups, pull-ups, and handstands, empowering them to achieve what once seemed impossible.
